Torplat reversibly interacts with the platelet P2Y12 ADP-receptor.Torplat does not interact with the ADP binding site itself, but interacts with platelet P2Y12 ADP-receptor to prevent signal transduction.Thus it prevents platelet Activation and aggregation.

You should avoid taking Torplat 90 Tablet 14's if you are allergic to Torplat 90 Tablet 14's and Active and inActive ingredients present in it. Let your doctor know if you have a medical condition that is causing bleeding such as haemophilia, stomach ulcer or bleeding with your head or bowel. Caution is required before giving Torplat 90 Tablet 14's to the kidney or liver problems patients. People affected with respiratory problems like asthma, nasal polyps or rhinitis should consult a doctor before intake of Torplat 90 Tablet 14's. Torplat 90 Tablet 14's is not recommended for the breastfeeding mother as it passes into the breast milk. The safety and effectiveness in children less than 18 years of age not been established , so Torplat 90 Tablet 14's should not be given to them.
