Telmikind-H is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention. Telmikind-H is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Telmikind-H keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow. Telmikind-H and Telmikind-H is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telmikind-H and Telmikind-H is usually given after other hypertension medications have been tried without successful treatment. Telmikind-H and Telmikind-H may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Tellzy-H Tablet 15's should not be given to the people allergic to Tellzy-H Tablet 15's, have low blood pressure (less than 90 mm of Hg), have had a heart attack, kidney disease, liver disease, pregnant women, or planning to get pregnant and breastfeeding women. It should be used with caution in patients suffering from diabetes. Besides this, it is contraindicated in low blood pressure (hypotension), cardiogenic shock (sudden stopping of blood flow to the heart), and aortic stenosis (heart valve problem). Tellzy-H Tablet 15's can pass into breast milk, but its effect on the baby is not known. So, it is better to tell your doctor if you are taking Tellzy-H Tablet 15's and breastfeeding.
