Uses / Indications:

Telmikind H Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat high blood pressure This medicine works by blocking the action of vasoconstrictor agent which are responsible for increasing the blood pressure by selectively blocking the binding of angiotensin II to its binding site angiotensin receptor This medicine helps by reducing the increased blood pressure by exerting blocking actions on the angiotensin receptor Telmikind H Tablet is also used to reduce the risk of heart attack stroke or fatalities associated with heart failure in patients who are 55 years in age or older who are at high risk of developing major heart damage events unable to take ACE blockers and patients with high blood sugar level type 2 diabetes mellitus with target organ damage Telmikind H Tablet may also be used along with other medicines in the treatment of certain conditions as recommended by the doctor It is used with Antiplatelet drugs or lipid lowering drugs to reduce the risk of heart attack stroke or fatalities associated with heart failure in patients who are 55 years in age or older who are at high risk of developing major heart damage events unable to take ACE blockers It is also used together with hydorchlorthiazide or other antihypertensives to treat high blood pressure

Telmikind H Tablet 10 s is not recommended for people with impaired kidney function diabetes or severe liver problems Telmikind H Tablet 10 s may increase the risk of low blood pressure when taken with alcohol Telmikind H Tablet 10 s may cause tiredness or dizziness in some people Make sure you are not affected before driving Breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before taking Telmikind H Tablet 10 s Avoid intake of potassium supplements with Telmikind H Tablet 10 s as it may lead to high potassium levels in the blood so the doctor may ask you to have a regular check of your potassium level Do not consume alcohol with Telmikind H Tablet 10 s as it may increase the risk of low blood pressure Taking Telmikind H Tablet 10 s with painkillers like aspirin and ibuprofen can increase the risk of kidney problems and reduced efficiency of Telmikind H Tablet 10 s

Side Effects:

Signs of an allergic reaction hives difficulty breathing swelling of your face lips tongue or throat In rare cases Telmikind H and Telmikind H can cause a condition that results in the breakdown of skeletal muscle tissue leading to kidney failure Call your doctor right away if you have unexplained muscle pain tenderness or weakness especially if you also have fever unusual tiredness and dark colored urine Call your doctor at once if you have a light headed feeling like you might pass out eye pain vision problems swelling rapid weight gain fast or pounding heartbeats little or no urinating jaundice yellowing of the skin or eyes low levels of sodium in the body headache confusion slurred speech severe weakness vomiting loss of coordination feeling unsteady or low potassium confusion uneven heart rate extreme thirst increased urination leg discomfort muscle weakness or limp feeling Other common side effects may include tired feeling flu symptoms Nausea diarrhea or cold symptoms such as stuffy nose sneezing sore throat
