Description:
Irozorb Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Mineral Supplements, Vitamin Supplements. The primary composition for this medicine is Ferrous ascorbate 100 MG, Folic acid 1.5 MG.
Uses / Indications:
Irozorb Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, pregnancy, infancy, or childhood
Iron deficiency anemia
Spina bifida in an unborn fetus
Iron deficiency anaemia
Increased requirement of folate in the body during pregnancy
Poor diet
Treatment of megaloblastic anemias due to a deficiency of folic acid
Interactions / Warnings:
If you are allergic to Irozorb Tablet 10's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before using Irozorb Tablet 10's. Irozorb Tablet 10's should be used with caution in children and only if prescribed by a doctor. If you have an allergy to any sugars, inform your doctor before taking Irozorb Tablet 10's as it may contain lactose. If you have a stomach ulcer, vitamin B12 deficiency, any blood disorder, repeated blood transfusions, ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon), pernicious anaemia (anaemia due to lack of vitamin B12) or folate-dependent tumour, inform your doctor before taking Irozorb Tablet 10's.
