Uses / Indications:
Omnicef O Tablet is used to treat certain bacterial infections including urinary tract infections ear infections throat infections including pharyngitis and tonsillitis and sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea that are affecting the urethra and rectum Omnicef O is also used to treat worsening symptoms of severe cases of bronchitis
Interactions / Warnings:
Do not take Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s if you are allergic to Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s or other macrolide antibiotics Hypersensitivity reactions including shock and fatalities have been reported with Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s Discontinue use if there is a reaction and reach out to your doctor immediately Tell your doctor if you have liver problems jaundice muscle problem myasthenia gravis heart rhythm disorder arrhythmia electrolyte imbalance low potassium or magnesium level In rare case use of Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s can cause diarrhoea so in case if you have watery or bloody diarrhoea stop taking Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s and call your doctor However do not take any anti diarrheal medicine until your doctor tells you It is not known whether Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s harms the baby in pregnancy or not Consult your doctor if you are pregnant planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding before using Omnicef O 200 Tablet 10 s
