Roles D Capsule belongs to the therapeutic classification of Proton pump inhibitors and Anti-inflammatory Agents, Antacids and Antireflexux Agents, Antiemetics. The primary composition for this medicine is Rabeprazole 20 MG, Domperidone 30 MG.

Do not take ROLES D Capsule if you are allergic to any of its contents, have a gastrointestinal hemorrhage, epilepsy, mania, porphyria or cardiac impairment. Inform your doctor before taking ROLES D Capsule if you have stomach pain, indigestion, vomiting food or blood, or if you pass black stools, have severe liver or kidney problems, if you are due to have Chromogranin A test. Do not take ROLES D Capsule if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. ROLES D Capsule should not be given to children as safety have not been established. On long-term treatment, ROLES D Capsule may cause low magnesium levels, vitamin B12 levels and increase the risk of bone fractures; the doctor may advise regular tests for monitoring your condition. ROLES D Capsule may cause dizziness and drowsiness, so drive only if you are alert. Avoid consuming alcohol along with ROLES D Capsule as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can elevate the production of stomach acid.
