Each capsule contains Rabeprazole (Esoga-RD) sodium 20 mg as enteric coated pellets and Domperidone (Esoga-RD) 30 mg as sustained release pellets. Each capsule also contains the following inActive ingredients: Non pareil seeds, hypromellose, sodium hydroxide, light magnesium carbonate, purified talc, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, macrogol, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide (red, black, yellow), anhydrous colloidal silica, ethylcellulose, triacetin.

You should avoid taking Esoga-RD Capsule 10's if you are allergic to Esoga-RD Capsule 10's or proton pump inhibitors, have gastric cancer, liver disease, low magnesium level (osteoporosis), low vitamin B12, pregnant or planning for pregnancy, and breastfeeding mothers. Esoga-RD Capsule 10's may interact with a blood thinner (warfarin), antifungal (ketoconazole), anti-HIV drug (atazanavir, nelfinavir), iron supplements, ampicillin antibiotic, anti-cancer drug (methotrexate). Let your doctor know if you are taking these medicines. Prolonged intake of Esoga-RD Capsule 10's may cause lupus erythematosus (an inflammatory condition in which the immune system attacks its own tissues), Vitamin B-12, and magnesium deficiency. Intake of Esoga-RD Capsule 10's may mask the symptom of gastric cancer, so if you have any severe stomach pain or gastric bleeding (blood in mucous or stool) immediately consult the doctor. Tell your doctor that you are using before having a specific blood test known as Chromogranin A.
