Dabiclot is an inActive pro-drug that is converted to dabigatran, the Active form, by esterase-catalyzed hydrolysis in the plasma and liver. Dabigatran, the main Active principle in plasma, is a rapid-acting competitive and reversible direct inhibitor of thrombin. Thrombin, a serine protease, is responsible for the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin in the coagulation cascade. Inhibition of thrombin consequently prevents thrombus development. Dabigatran inhibits free thrombin, fibrin-bound thrombin and thrombin-induced platelet aggregation.

If you are known to be allergic to Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's should not be taken in the conditions like heart disease, bleeding problems, and kidney disease. Do not take Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's if you have reduced function of the liver, which might cause death. Inform your doctor if you have a serious injury (bone fracture, head injury). People who have any spinal surgery are more likely to have bleeding problems around the spine when already on this Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's. This bleeding infrequently occurs but can lead to not moving the body (paralysis) prolonged-term or paralysis that will not go away. Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's should not be taken if you are older than 75 years. Before taking Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's inform your doctor if you have a surgery in the past month. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's. Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's should not be used for children below 18 years of age. Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's has no known effects on the ability to drive and using machines. It is advisable to you to avoid alcohol consumption with Dabiclot 75 Capsule 10's as it may increase the risk of bleeding.
