Product design has velcro closures to fit support around knee eliminating undue pressure on hand as in case of sleeve type supports (a great feature for people with arthritis). Unique flexible spring stays provide lateral support while controlling movement of the knee (in flexion and extension). Special hosiery covered foam padding around patella (knee cap) provide warmth, comfort and proper fit. Anterior patella hole and posterior cut-out are provided to avoid bunching.
