Uprise-D3 is a Uprise-D3. Vitamin D is important for the absorption of calcium from the stomach and for the functioning of calcium in the body. Uprise-D3 is used to treat or prevent many conditions caused by a lack of vitamin D, especially conditions of the skin or bones. Uprise-D3 may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Tell your doctor if you are allergic to Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's. Chewable or dissolving tablets of Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's may contain sugar or aspartame, hence caution should be taken in diabetes and phenylketonuria (increased levels of an amino acid called phenylalanine). Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's. Higher doses of Vitamin D than the recommended daily dose should be used in pregnant women only when advised by the doctor. Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's passes into the breast milk, hence breastfeeding mothers need to seek medical advice before starting Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's. Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's is safe to use in children when prescribed by the doctor. Uprise-D3 60K Capsule 8's should be used with caution in hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, renal impairment, electrolyte imbalance, heart diseases, kidney stones and hypervitaminosis D (having too much vitamin D).
