Description:

R.B.TONE is a type of iron. You normally get iron from the foods you eat. In your body, iron becomes a part of your hemoglobin (HEEM o glo bin) and myoglobin (MY o glo bin). Hemoglobin carries oxygen through your blood to tissues and organs. Myoglobin helps your muscle cells store oxygen. R.B.TONE is used to treat iron deficiency anemia (a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body). R.B.TONE may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Uses / Indications:

R B Tone Capsule is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Anaemia Acne During pregnancy Anemia Vitamin b12 deficiency Low blood calcium levels Poor diet Deficiency of vitamin b12 Folate deficiency Diadrrhea

Side Effects:

Signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Call your doctor at once if you have: bright red blood in your stools or pain in your chest or throat when swallowing a R.B.TONE tablet. Common side effects may include: constipation, diarrhea, Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, upset stomach, black or dark-colored stools or urine or temporary staining of the teeth.

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of R B Tone Capsule may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions.
