MGD3 Tablet 10's should not be used in case of any known allergy to either of the components. MGD3 Tablet 10's should be used with caution in case of high risk or previous history of kidney disease or hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels) and/or hypophosphatemia (high blood phosphate levels). Keep your doctor informed if you suffer from any kidney problems, hypercalcemia, diabetes, phenylketonuria, if you have been immobilized for some time, or if you have recently had any surgery. Offer a detailed medical history and inform the doctor especially if you are on steroids, heart medication such as digoxin, epilepsy medications that deplete calcium reserves, tetracycline antibiotics, antimalarial drugs, chelating agents, iron, urine-producing medicines (diuretics), or magnesium-containing antacids.
