Uses / Indications:
Ferium Chewable Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Iron deficiency anemia
Treatment of megaloblastic anemias due to a deficiency of folic acid
Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, pregnancy, infancy, or childhood
Interactions / Warnings:
Do not take FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET if you are allergic to FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET, iron, folic acid, or any of the ingredients of FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET is generally given at least 4 weeks before pregnancy and is continued up to 3 months of pregnancy. Also, if giving FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET to a child, a child specialist's dose will be decided as an overdose of FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET in children can lead to deadly poisoning. If you have got any part of the stomach removed, please inform your doctor before taking FERIUM 100MG CHEWABLE TABLET.
