Autrin capsule is a combination of Ferrous fumarate (Iron), Folic acid, Vitamin B12. Folic acid is important to numerous bodily functions starting from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially essential during periods of rapid division and growth of the cell. Folic acid is required by both children and adults to synthesize new red blood cells and prevent anemia. Iron transports oxygen to all parts of the body and maintains healthy red blood cells, thus makes an individual feel energetic and prevent anemia. Vitamin B12 maintains healthy nerve cells and promotes maturation and initiation of Red Blood Cells (RBC).

Do not take Autrin Capsule 30's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Autrin Capsule 30's if you have a blood disorder, stomach ulcers, folate dependant tumour, iron overload syndrome, stomach bleeding, stomach/intestinal disorder, diabetes, heart, kidney, liver problems or if you receive blood transfusions. Consult a doctor before taking Autrin Capsule 30's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Autrin Capsule 30's should be given to children only if prescribed by the doctor.
