This medication is primarily used to cure cough with mucus. It is a combination of Ambroxol, Guaifenesin and Terbutaline. The drug thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. It acts as an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. The medicine helps in relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Dosage of this medicine should be taken as directed by the physician. For children, it is more feasible to administer the dose depending on the age and intensity of the infection.
