Carnitor 500 Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Carnitor 500 Tablet contains Levocarnitine as an Active ingredient. Carnitor 500 Tablet works by synthesizing carnitine in the body.

Do not use Carnitor-500 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Carnitor-500 Tablet 10's or any of its contents. Let your doctor know if you have a history of seizures (fits), liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes before using Carnitor-500 Tablet 10's. Please inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking, including vitamins, herbal supplements. Do not take Carnitor-500 Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Carnitor-500 Tablet 10's safe to be given to children below 12 years of age, infants, and newborns, yet the doctor's consultation is advised. This medicine contains sucrose, so inform your doctor if you have an intolerance to any sugars.
