Visco Syrup 200ml belongs to the therapeutic classification of Antiflatulent Digestive Agents, Laxatives, Antacids and Antireflexux Agents. The primary composition for this medicine is Aluminium hydroxide 125 MG, Magnesium hydroxide 250 MG, Simethicone 50 MG, Sodium alginate 100 MG.

Uses / Indications:

Visco Syrup is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Stomach acid Stomach upset Acid indigestion Swelling in the abdomen Peptic ulcer Gastro esophageal reflexux disease Increases water in the intestines Painful pressure Hiccups Heartburn

Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take Visco Liquid 170 ml if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Visco Liquid 170 ml if you have low phosphate levels, porphyria, kidney or liver problems, if you are on a low-phosphate diet, if you are weak or are undergoing dailysis. Consult your doctor before taking Visco Liquid 170 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Visco Liquid 170 ml as it could lead to increased acidity. Let your doctor know if you are taking any prescription, non-prescription medicines or herbal products before starting Visco Liquid 170 ml.

Side Effects:

Bad taste in your mouth. Hard stools (constipation).

Visco Liquid 170 ml may have interaction with pain killers (aspirin), antibiotics (ciprofloxacin), diuretic (furosemide), lipid-lowering agent (atorvastatin), vitamins (ascorbic acid, calcium, vitamin D), antacid (ranitidine).
