Colmint helps to relieve both the painful abdominal spasm and uncomfortable bloating of IBS. It has a relaxant, antispasmodic effect especially on the muscles of the large bowel or colon and in bowel spasm, particularly large-bowel spasm. It is carminative, antibacterial, mucolytic. Colmint helps to treat unpleasant sensations of fullness and bloating and facilitates the passing of bowel gases, so relieving accompanying cramp like pain.

Let your doctor know if you are sensitive to Colmint Capsule 10's or its components. Colmint Capsule 10's should be used with caution and only under the doctor's supervision if you have stomach/intestinal problems like little or no stomach acid (achlorhydria). Please do not take other heartburn or reflexux medications and oral forms of enteric-coated peppermint oil products simultaneously since it can worsen heartburn. It is advised to maintain at least a gap of two hours between such medications and peppermint products. Let your doctor know if you plan to become pregnant or already pregnant and a nursing mother before using Colmint Capsule 10's. It is not recommended for use in children unless the doctor has advised.
