Phexin 250 MG Dry Syrup is an antibiotic that is given to children. It is used to treat bacterial infections in different parts of the body like skin, bone, ears, throat, lungs and urinary tract. It kills or stops the growth of bacteria causing the infection. This medicine is not effective against infections caused by viruses. Phexin 250 MG Dry Syrup shows some common side effects like diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, Nausea, and vomiting. These are generally mild and will subside as your child's body adjusts to the medication. Inform your doctor if the side effects become severe or persist for a long time. Do not give this medicine to your child if he or she has/had an allergic reaction to it or penicillin antibiotics
