Description:
Ipratropium (Iprazest) nasal spray is used to relieve runny nose (rhinorrhea).
The 0.03% nasal solution is used to relieve a runny nose caused by allergic and nonallergic perennial rhinitis. However, it does not relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, or postnasal drip caused by allergic or nonallergic perennial rhinitis.
The 0.06% nasal solution is used for 4 days to relieve a runny nose caused by the common cold. However, it does not relieve nasal congestion or sneezing caused by the common cold.
When Ipratropium (Iprazest) is sprayed into your nose, it works by preventing the glands in your nose from producing large amounts of fluid.
Ipratropium (Iprazest) is available only with your doctor's prescription.
Uses / Indications:
Iprazest Respules is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Constriction of airways
Asthma
Lungs inflammation
Constriction in air passages
Chronic obstruction of lung airflow
Iprazest Respules may also be used for purposes not listed here.
Interactions / Warnings:
If you are allergic to Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml or any other medicines, pregnant or breastfeeding, experience severe difficulty in breathing, please consult a doctor immediately. Do not use Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml in more than the prescribed doses as it may lead to severe heart or lung problems. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml as it may cause low potassium levels in the blood. However, if you experience irregular heartbeats, leg cramps, extreme thirst, constipation, increased urination, muscle weakness, numbness or tingling, please consult a doctor immediately as these might be signs of low potassium. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy (fits), enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml. Do not use or store Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml near open flame or heat as it may burst the container.
Side Effects:
Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Some side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects. Medicine interaction:
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Iprazest Respules may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Iprazest Respules may interact with the following drugs and products:
