AUGMED DRY SYRUP is a combination of Amoxycillin and Clavulanic acid. AUGMED DRY SYRUP is used orally to treat many bacterial infections of the lungs, middle ear, sinuses, skin, teeth, and urinary tract. Amoxycillin interferes with the growth and division process of the bacterial cell wall while Clavulanic acid enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria. The common side effects of AUGMED DRY SYRUP use are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and skin rash. Consult your child's doctor at the earliest if any of these side effects persist or worsen. Before giving this medicine to your child, inform your doctor if your child is allergic to any antibiotics or has experienced any allergic reactions after taking antibiotics.
