Ovral G Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Estrogens and Progestins and their associated Synthetic Drugs, Oral Contraceptives. The primary composition for this medicine is Norgestrel 0.5 MG, Ethinyl estradiol 0.05 MG.

Please inform your doctor if you have or ever had deep-vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, heart disease, hypertension, breast cancer, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, abnormal uterine bleeding as Ovral G Tablet 20's is known to contra-indicate. Smoking may increase the risk of a cardiovascular event in women over 35 years when taking Ovral G Tablet 20's. Ovral G Tablet 20's does not protect against any sexually transmitted disease or HIV. If pregnancy occurs while you are taking Ovral G Tablet 20's, please consult your doctor to use it as a birth control pill. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience spotting or bleeding in between missed periods or menstrual periods. If the spotting persists, please consult your doctor. Do not use Ovral G Tablet 20's if you are pregnant or have recently delivered a baby. If you have missed a dose or are late by 12 hours, please wear a condom for 5 days while sexual intercourse to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Do not take medicine if you are pregnant already or breastfeeding.
