Each Active tablet contains Cyproterone (Ginette) acetate 2 mg and ethinyloestradiol 35 mcg. It also contains the following excipients: Lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, opadry white, opadry buff, opaglos white, quinoline yellow and sucrose. Each non-Active tablet contains lactose 67 mg, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. Ginette is a calendar pack containing 21 small, yellow, Active tablets and 7 large, white, non-Active tablets.

If you are allergic to Ginette 35 Tablet 21's, cyproterone, ethinylestradiol, or any other ingredients of Ginette 35 Tablet 21's, please do not take it. Please undergo regular cervical smear test while taking Ginette 35 Tablet 21's. Also, check your breast every month for changes such as if you feel lumps, see anything odd, please inform your doctor. If you need to undergo any surgery, please inform your doctor as Ginette 35 Tablet 21's needs to be stopped 4-6 weeks before the surgery to avoid any risk of blood clots. If you smoke, are obese, have a history of blood clots, do not use Ginette 35 Tablet 21's. Also, do not stop taking Ginette 35 Tablet 21's before completing its full course, even if you feel your symptoms are better. If you see swelling or pain in your limbs, chest pain, or shortness of breath, please inform your doctor. Inform your doctor if your periods do not start within a week after taking Ginette 35 Tablet 21's. Also, tell about all the medicines you are taking to your doctor before starting Ginette 35 Tablet 21's. Do not take Ginette 35 Tablet 21's if you are pregnant already or breastfeeding. If you have missed a dose or are late by 12 hours, please wear a condom for 2 days while sexual intercourse to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
