Sildoo is used to treat men who have symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland, which is also known as benign enlargement of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH). Benign enlargement of the prostate is a problem that can occur in men as they get older. The prostate gland is located below the bladder. As the prostate gland gets larger, certain muscles in the gland may become tight and get in the way of the tube that drains urine from the bladder. This can cause problems in urinating, such as a need to urinate often, a weak stream when urinating, or a feeling of not being able to empty the bladder completely. Sildoo helps relax the muscles in the prostate and in the opening to the bladder. This may help increase the flow of urine or decrease the symptoms. Sildoo should not be given to women. Sildoo is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Do not take Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's if you are allergic to Silodosin, any alpha 1 blockers or any of its contents. To treat your condition effectually, continue taking Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed. Please do not stop taking Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's on your own as it could lead to recurring symptoms. Inform your doctor before taking Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's if you have low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease. Talk to your doctor before taking Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's if you are undergoing eye surgery (cataract surgery) as cases of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome (IFIS) has been found in some cases. Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's is intended for use in men only; women should not take Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's, especially pregnant or breastfeeding women. Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's should not be given to children as the safety and efficacy have not been established. Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's causes dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid or limit alcohol consumption along with Sildoo-8 Capsule 10's as it could lead to increased dizziness.
