Ranidom-O (Ranidom-O) belongs to a group of drugs called histamine-2 blockers. Ranidom-O works by reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces. Ranidom-O is used to treat and prevent ulcers in the stomach and intestines. It also treats conditions in which the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Ranidom-O also treats gastroesophageal reflexux disease (GERD) and other conditions in which acid backs up from the stomach into the esophagus, causing heartburn. Ranidom-O may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.

You should avoid taking Ranidom O Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Ranidom O Tablet 10's. Before taking Ranidom O Tablet 10's, inform your doctor if you have stomach cancer, diabetes, liver disease. People with an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), and phenylketonuria (too much protein phenylalanine in the blood) should not take Ranidom O Tablet 10's as it may cause severe conditions. A pregnant woman should tell their doctor about their pregnancy as this medicine cannot be used in pregnancy as it may cause a birth deformity in children. Ranidom O Tablet 10's could pass in breastfeeding milk so it should not be given to a woman who is breastfeeding her baby. Ranidom O Tablet 10's contains lactose so tell your doctor if you have an intolerance to some sugars.
