Rabium Plus Capsule belongs to the therapeutic classification of Proton pump inhibitors and Anti-inflammatory Agents, Antacids and Antireflexux Agents. The primary composition for this medicine is Rabeprazole 20 MG, Itopride 150 MG.
Uses / Indications:
Rabium Plus Capsule is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Gastric acidity
Heartburn
Stomach ulcers
Vomiting
Gastro-intestinal reflexux
Epigastric pain
Stomach fullness
Eating disorder
Nausea
Intestinal ulcers
Interactions / Warnings:
Do not take Rabium Plus Capsule 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Rabium Plus Capsule 10's if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical perforation/obstruction, or movement disorder. Rabium Plus Capsule 10's may cause osteoporosis on long term treatment. Rabium Plus Capsule 10's may also cause hypomagnesemia (low magnesium). Do not take Rabium Plus Capsule 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Rabium Plus Capsule 10's causes dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Rabium Plus Capsule 10's should not be given to children as safety has not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Rabium Plus Capsule 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can elevate the production of stomach acid. Keep your doctor informed about all the medicines and your health condition to rule out any side-effects. Consult your doctor if you experience unexplained weight loss, stomach pain, indigestion, vomit food or blood, or if you pass black stools. On long term treatment, Rabium Plus Capsule 10's may cause osteoporosis, hypomagnesemia (low levels of magnesium), and may reduce the absorption of vitamin B12.
