Uses / Indications:
Pantop D SR Capsule is a prescription medicine that is used to treat backflow of the stomach acid into the food pipe inflammation of the lining of food pipe stomach and duodenal ulcers This medicine contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone Pantoprazole works by preventing the acid secretion in the stomach Domperidone works by blocking the brain cell receptors and gives an antiemetic effect Pantop D SR Capsule is also used to relieve the symptoms of Nausea and vomiting upper stomach discomfort indigestion with the feeling of fullness and backflow of food from food pipe to mouth
Interactions / Warnings:
You should avoid taking Pantop D SR Capsule 10 s if you are allergic to Pantop D SR Capsule 10 s or proton pump inhibitors have gastric cancer liver disease low magnesium level osteoporosis low vitamin B12 pregnant or planning for pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers Pantop D SR Capsule 10 s may interact with a blood thinner warfarin antifungal ketoconazole anti HIV drug atazanavir nelfinavir iron supplements ampicillin antibiotic anti cancer drug methotrexate Let your doctor know if you are taking these medicines Prolonged intake of Pantop D SR Capsule 10 s may cause lupus erythematosus an inflammatory condition in which the immune system attacks its own tissues Vitamin B12 and magnesium deficiency Intake of Pantop D SR Capsule 10 s may mask the symptom of gastric cancer so if you have any severe stomach pain or gastric bleeding blood in mucous or stool immediately consult the doctor
