Levosulpiride (Pan L) is a substituted benzamide, which exerts antidopaminergic (selective dopamine D2 receptors) Activity on both central and peripheral levels. It is an atypical neuroleptic and a prokinetic agent.

Do not take Pan-L Capsule 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Pan-L Capsule 10's if you have a history of pheochromocytoma (tumour of the adrenal gland), epilepsy, mania, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, or severe kidney and liver impairment. Pan-L Capsule 10's may cause osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), and hypomagnesemia (low magnesium levels) on long term treatment. Do not take Pan-L Capsule 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Pan-L Capsule 10's causes dizziness and drowsiness, so drive only if you are alert. Pan-L Capsule 10's should not be given to children as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Pan-L Capsule 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can elevate the production of stomach acid.
