Each Nexpro IT tablet contains Esomeprazole Nexpro IT as magnesium while the vial contains Esomeprazole Nexpro IT as sodium Nexpro IT IV is a lyophilized powder for solution for Injection infusion and has to be diluted before IV administration Each Nexpro IT IT capsule contains Esomeprazole Nexpro IT magnesium trihydrate equivalent to Esomeprazole Nexpro IT 40 mg and Itopride Nexpro IT HCl 150 mg as sustained enteric coated pellets

Do not take Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s if you are allergic to any of its contents if you are taking nelfinavir anti HIV if you have a gastrointestinal haemorrhage mechanical obstruction or perforation epilepsy mania porphyria or cardiac impairment Inform your doctor before taking Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s if you have severe liver or kidney problems if you are due to have Chromogranin A test Consult your doctor if you experience unexplained weight loss stomach pain indigestion vomit food or blood or if you pass black stools On long term treatment Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s may cause osteoporosis hypomagnesemia low levels of magnesium and may reduce the absorption of vitamin B12 Do not take Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s may cause dizziness so drive only if you are alert Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s should not be given to children as the safety have not been established Avoid consuming alcohol along with Nexpro IT Capsule 10 s as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can elevate the production of stomach acid
