Uses / Indications:

Meftal SPas Tablet is used for the treatment control prevention improvement of the following diseases conditions and symptoms Pain during periods Heavy bleeding during periods Fever Analgesic Irritable bowel syndrome Muscle pain Pain in stomach Migraine headache Joint pain Tooth pain Meftal SPas Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed here

Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s if you are allergic to any of its contents if you have severe heart failure have suffered bleeding problems such as bleeding from the stomach or bowels while taking any pain killers Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s can increase your risk of fatal heart attack or stroke So if you have had any recent heart surgery do not use Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s Inform your doctor before taking Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s if you have had asthma glaucoma myasthenia gravis high blood pressure inflammatory bowel disease paralytic ileus intestinal atony heart kidney or liver problems Do not take Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s may cause dizziness and drowsiness so drive only if you are alert Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s should not be given to children as safety has not been established Avoid consuming alcohol along with Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can increase the risk of stomach bleeding Stop taking Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s and consult your doctor immediately if you have stomach pain or any signs of bleeding in the intestine or stomach such as blood in stools Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Meftal Spas Tablet 10 s unless prescribed

All medicines may cause side effects but many people have no or minor side effects Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome Blurred vision constipation decreased sweating difficulty sleeping dizziness drowsiness dry mouth headache lightheadedness loss of taste Nausea nervousness Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur Severe allergic reactions rash hives itching difficulty breathing tightness in the chest swelling of the mouth face lips or tongue agitation confusion diarrhea difficulty focusing your eyes difficulty moving difficulty speaking difficulty urinating disorientation exaggerated sense of well being fainting hallucinations pounding in the chest rapid heartbeat short term memory loss unusual weakness vomiting
