Do not take Colospa Tablet 15's if you are allergic to ‘Mebeverine’ or any other contents present in it. If you have had a history of acute porphyria (an enzyme deficiency in blood), heart disease, kidney disease, liver problems, and severe constipation, consult your doctor before taking Colospa Tablet 15's. Let your doctor know if you use any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking, including vitamins, and herbal drugs before starting Colospa Tablet 15's. This medicine contains lactose, so inform your doctor if you have an intolerance to any sugars. Colospa Tablet 15's also contains propylene glycol, which may cause alcohol-like symptoms, and the methyl parahydroxybenzoate which may cause delayed allergic reactions, mainly affecting the skin, inform your doctor immediately if you experience any allergic symptoms. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Colospa Tablet 15's. Colospa Tablet 15's is not recommended for children and adolescents below 18 years of age.
