Zoryl is used to treat high blood sugar levels caused by type 2 diabetes. It may be used alone, or in combination with insulin or another oral medicine such as Zoryl. In type 2 diabetes, insulin produced by the pancreas is not able to get sugar into the cells of the body where it can work properly. Using Zoryl will help lower blood sugar when it is too high and help restore the way you use food to make energy. Some people can control type 2 diabetes with diet alone or diet and exercise. Following a specially planned diet and exercising will always be important when you have diabetes, even when you are taking medicines. To work properly, the amount of Zoryl you take must be balanced against the amount and type of food you eat and the amount of exercise you do. If you change your diet, your exercise, or both, you will want to test your blood sugar to find out if it is too low. Your doctor will teach you what to do if this happens. Zoryl is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Before taking Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's, inform your doctor if you are healing from injury, had or going to have surgery, have fever infections or other sources of stress, then contact your doctor as it might be appropriate to adjust care temporarily. If you have a serious kidney/liver disease, breastfeeding or pregnant consult doctor before using Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's. Do not take Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's if you are allergic to sulpha drugs, glimepiride or any other antidiabetic medicines or have glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency. Heart disease patient should consult a doctor before taking Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's as it may worsen the heart disease's current conditions. Do not take Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's with oral contraceptives as it may increase the level of blood sugar. On the other hand, taking Zoryl-2 Tablet 15's with pain killers like aspirin or ibuprofen can lower your blood sugar.
