Triglimiprex is used to treat high blood sugar levels caused by type 2 diabetes. It may be used alone, or in combination with insulin or another oral medicine such as metformin. In type 2 diabetes, insulin produced by the pancreas is not able to get sugar into the cells of the body where it can work properly. Using Triglimiprex will help lower blood sugar when it is too high and help restore the way you use food to make energy. Some people can control type 2 diabetes with diet alone or diet and exercise. Following a specially planned diet and exercising will always be important when you have diabetes, even when you are taking medicines. To work properly, the amount of Triglimiprex you take must be balanced against the amount and type of food you eat and the amount of exercise you do. If you change your diet, your exercise, or both, you will want to test your blood sugar to find out if it is too low. Your doctor will teach you what to do if this happens. Triglimiprex is available only with your doctor's prescription.

If you are allergic to Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's is not recommended for children. Avoid breastfeeding while taking Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's as it may be excreted in human milk. If you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy, please inform your doctor before taking Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's as it may harm the unborn baby. Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's should be used with caution in elderly patients. Avoid alcohol consumption with Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's as it may increase the risk of lactic acidosis (accumulation of lactic acid in the body). Drive only if you are alert after taking Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's. Take short, frequent meals and avoid prolonged fasting while taking Triglimiprex 1 Tablet 10's. Beware of symptoms of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar) which include sweating, dizziness, palpitations, shivering, intense thirst, dry mouth, dry skin, frequent urination etc. Whenever you experience any of these symptoms, immediately consume 5-6 candies or 3 glucose biscuits or 3 teaspoons of honey/sugar and also consult your doctor. Make sure to carry these with you at all times, especially during long travels.
