Candid Gold Cream is used for Contusions, Nipple infections, Superficial thrombophlebitis, Post surgical scars, Alopecia areata, Wounds and other conditions. Candid Gold Cream may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Candid Gold Cream contains Allantoin Topical, Allium Cepa Topical and Heparin Topical as Active ingredients. Candid Gold Cream works by promoting hair regrowth; enhancing the appearance and symptomatology of scars; healing wounds and increases the re-establishments of the normal skin; preventing or treating superficial thrombophlebitis

Avoid putting CANDID GOLD 0.1%W/W CREAM 50G near your mouth, lips and eyes. This product contains cetostearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions (like contact dermatitis). Tell a doctor before using CANDID GOLD 0.1%W/W CREAM 50G if you are using Framycetin and Dexamethasone ear drops as it can interact and affect the working of CANDID GOLD 0.1%W/W CREAM 50G. If your baby is being treated for oral thrush you can continue breastfeeding. But in some cases, you might need to be treated at the same time. If you are applying CANDID GOLD 0.1%W/W CREAM 50G on your breast or nipple try to wash it before breastfeeding your baby.
