Description:

Chlorpheniramine (Wikoryl) AccuDial Pharmaceutical is a blocker of histamine H1-receptors. It has antiallergic Activity, has a local anesthetic, antispasmodic and mild ganglion blocking action. When Chlorpheniramine (Wikoryl) AccuDial Pharmaceutical administered orally diphenhydramine has a sedative and hypnotic effects, has a moderate antiemetic effect and has a central holinoliticheskoy Activity. When applied externally it has antiallergic effect.

Uses / Indications:

Wikoryl Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Cold Common cold Fever Nasal decongestant Itchy throat/skin Headache Allergy Joint pain Chill Ear pain

Side Effects:

CNS depression, sedation, drowsiness, lassitude, dizziness. GI upsets, anorexia, or increased appetite, epigastric pain, blurring of vision, dysuria, dryness of mouth, tightness in chest, hypotension, muscular weakness, tinnitus, euphoria, headache, paradoxical CNS stimulation.
