Description:

D-VENIZ (D-VENIZ) is an antidepressant in a group of drugs called selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). D-VENIZ affects chemicals in the brain that be unbalanced in people with depression. D-VENIZ is used to treat major depressive disorder.

Uses / Indications:

D-Veniz 100 ER Tablet / D-Veniz 100 ER Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Major depressive disorder.

Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you are taking linezolid, intravenous methylene blue, other serotonergic agents, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MOA) or have taken them in the last 14 days. Inform your doctor before taking D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's if you have heart problems, hypotension, bipolar disorder, glaucoma, epilepsy, lung or breathing problems, bleeding problems, or low sodium levels in the blood. Consult your doctor immediately if you have suicidal thoughts such as killing or harming yourself. To treat your condition effectually, continue taking D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed. Please do not stop taking D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's suddenly as it might cause withdrawal symptoms. Do not take D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's may cause sleepiness and dizziness, do not drive unless you are alert. D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's should not be given to children as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased sleepiness and dizziness.

Side Effects:

Signs of an allergic reaction to D-VENIZ: skin rash or hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor, such as: mood or behavior changes, anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, or if you feel impulsive, irritable, agitated, hostile, aggressive, restless, hyperActive (mentally or physically), more depressed, or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself. Call your doctor at once if you have: seizure (convulsions), easy bruising or bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums), blood in your urine or stools, coughing up blood, blurred vision, eye pain or swelling, or seeing halos around lights, cough, chest tightness, trouble breathing, high levels of serotonin in the body--agitation, hallucinations, fever, fast heart rate, overActive reflexes, Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of coordination, fainting or low levels of sodium in the body--headache, confusion, slurred speech, severe weakness, vomiting, loss of coordination, feeling unsteady. Common D-VENIZ side effects may include: dizziness, drowsiness, anxiety, increased sweating, mild Nausea, decreased appetite, constipation, vision changes, sleep problems (insomnia) or decreased sex drive, impotence, or difficulty having an organ.

Medicine interaction:

D-Veniz 100 Tablet 10's may have interaction with antipsychotic (aripiprazole, lurasidone, quetiapine), CNS stimulant (amphetamine/dextroamphetamine, phentermine, lisdexamfetamine), an antidepressant (amitriptyline, bupropion, duloxetine, escitalopram, sertraline, trazodone, venlafaxine), anti-convulsant (clonazepam, lamotrigine, pregabalin), skeletal muscle relaxant (cyclobenzaprine), pain killer (ibuprofen, tramadol), anti-anxiety (alprazolam), an antihistamine (cetirizine).
