Aceclo Spas (100/80 mg) Tablet is a combination medicine that consists of Aceclofenac and Drotaverine. It is mainly used in the treatment of muscular pain associated with spasms in adults. It can also be used to treat dysmenorrhoea (pain associated with period cramps). Aceclo Spas (100/80 mg) Tablet can provide relief from pain and swelling that occurs due to muscle cramps and spasms. Aceclo Spas (100/80 mg) Tablet works by blocking certain enzyme receptors that cause muscle spasms and preventing the release of substances called prostaglandins in the brain that cause pain and fever. It can provide relief from pain and swelling due to arthritic conditions but does not cure it.
