Trenaxa Mf Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Hemostatics / Antihemorrhagic Agents, Drugs Acting on the Uterus, Non-steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). The primary composition for this medicine is Tranexamic acid 500 MG, Mefenamic Acid 250 MG.

Do not take Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's if you are allergic to any of its contents or if you have severe heart failure. Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's can increase your risk of fatal heart attack or stroke. So, if you have had any recent heart surgery, do not use Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's. Inform your doctor before taking Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's if you have/had deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism (block a blood vessel in lungs), coagulopathy (formation of blood clots), epilepsy, irregular periods, heart, kidney or liver problems. Do not take Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed. Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's may cause dizziness and drowsiness, so drive only if you are alert. Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's should not be given to children as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Do not take any other NSAID's for pain relief along with Trenaxa MF Tablet 6's unless prescribed.
