Description:

Starpress XL 50 Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat certain heart conditions including high blood pressure heart attack and abnormal heart rhythm tachyarrhythmia This medicine is also used for the long term treatment of chest pain angina pectoris This medicine works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the heart rate to promote blood flow which further helps in lowering blood pressure Starpress XL 50 Tablet is also used to prevent migraine Starpress XL 50 Tablet may also be used along with other medicines in the treatment of certain conditions as recommended by the doctor It is used with other antihypertensive agents to treat high blood pressure This medicine works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the heart rate to promote blood flow which further helps in lowering blood pressure

Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s if you are allergic hypersensitive to Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s or any ingredients present in it Please consult your doctor before taking Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s if you are pregnant or planning to conceive and breastfeeding It should not be given to children Don t stop taking Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s without talking to your doctor first Stopping Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s gradually may cause changes in your heart rhythm and blood pressure cause chest pain or a heart attack Your doctor will lower your dose gradually over a period of time to help prevent these symptoms Before taking Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s inform your doctor if you have diabetes mellitus liver cirrhosis myasthenia gravis psoriasis or if you have a slow heart rate or blood vessel disorder Do not take Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s with medicines like monoamine oxidase inhibitors MAOIs for depression other blood pressure lowering medicines such as nifedipine verapamil diltiazem disopyramide or quinidine to treat irregular heartbeat Inform your doctor about all your current ongoing medications before taking Starpress XL 50 Tablet 15 s Do not consume alcohol while on this medication

Signs of an allergic reaction to Starpress XL hives difficulty breathing swelling of your face lips tongue or throat Call your doctor at once if you have very slow heartbeats a light headed feeling like you might pass out shortness of breath even with mild exertion swelling rapid weight gain or cold feeling in your hands and feet Common Starpress XL side effects may include dizziness tired feeling confusion memory problems nightmares trouble sleeping diarrhea or mild itching or rash
