Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take Prolomet T 50 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to telmisartan or metoprolol. Inform your doctor if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors, aliskiren, quinidine, disopyramide, or other blood pressure-lowering medicines. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Prolomet T 50 Tablet 10's. Prolomet T 50 Tablet 10's is not recommended for children. Prolomet T 50 Tablet 10's may cause dizziness and tiredness, so drive or operate heavy machinery only if you are alert. Keep your doctor informed if you have kidney or liver diseases, biliary obstruction, heart problems, low blood pressure, diabetes, elevated potassium levels, blood circulation problems, asthma, COPD, metabolic acidosis, phaeochromocytoma, slow heart rate, psoriasis, myasthenia gravis, or prinzmetal angina.

Side Effects:

Low potassium levels. Signs include feeling tired, weak, numbness, or tingling, muscle cramps, hard stools (constipation), throwing up or a fast heartbeat. Feeling dizzy.
