Description:

Pinom M 25mg Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers, Cardioselective beta blockers. The primary composition for this medicine is Olmesartan medoxomil 20 MG, Metoprolol 25 MG.

Uses / Indications:

Pinom M 25 Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: High blood pressure Diabetes with kidney failure Heart attack Heart failure

Interactions / Warnings:

Do not take Pinom M 25 Tablet 15's if you are allergic to ‘olmesartan medoximil’ or any other ingredients present in it. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, liver disease, heart problems, diabetes or kidney problems and taking blood pressure-lowering medication containing aliskiren. Also, inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs and nutritional supplements. During treatment, seek medical attention if you experience severe, persistent diarrhoea and substantial weight loss. It is not used in children below 2 years of age, pregnant women and should be used with caution in breastfeeding mothers.

Side Effects:

Feeling lightheaded, sleepy, having blurred eyesight, or a change in thinking clearly. Avoid driving and doing other tasks or actions that call for you to be alert or have clear eyesight until you see how this drug affects you. Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down. Be careful climbing. Change in sex ability. This most often goes back to normal. Feeling tired or weak. Low mood (depression). Loose stools (diarrhea). Slow heartbeat.
