Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's should not be given to the people allergic to Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's, have low blood pressure (less than 90 mm of Hg), have had a heart attack, kidney disease, liver disease, pregnant women or planning to get pregnant and breastfeeding women. Besides this, it is contraindicated in low blood pressure (hypotension), cardiogenic shock (sudden stopping of blood flow to the heart), and aortic stenosis (heart valve problem). Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's can pass into breast milk, but its effect on the baby is not known. So, it is better to tell your doctor if you are taking Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's and breastfeeding. Grapefruit juice and St. John's wort plant should not be consumed when taking Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's as it is contraindicated. Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's contain hydrochlorothiazide which can cause hypokalaemia (low potassium), hyponatremia (low sodium) and hypomagnesemia (low magnesium). So regular monitoring of electrolytes is required while taking treatment with Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's. Do not take Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's if you have low or no urine output, allergic to other sulfonamide antibiotics, or taking aliskiren and have diabetes. Drinking alcohol while using Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet 10's can cause you to have low blood pressure, so avoid intake of alcoholic beverages.
