Avoid taking vardenafil, sildenafil, tadalafil and riociguat with Nikoran OD 10 Tablet 10's as it may affect blood pressure. If you notice in blood in stools while taking Nikoran OD 10 Tablet 10's, inform your doctor immediately as it may be due to ulcers in the stomach, intestines or back passage.
