Nicostar 5 Tablet is a medicine that is used for the treatment of Acute coronary syndrome, Angina pectoris and other conditions. Interactions / Warnings:

If you are allergic to Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Avoid taking Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's if you have hypotension (severe low blood pressure), low blood volume, pulmonary oedema (accumulation of fluid in the lungs) or any heart problems. Do not take Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and consult a doctor. Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's is not recommended for children as the safety and effectiveness were not established. Drive only if you are alert as Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's may cause dizziness or weakness. Avoid alcohol consumption with Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's as it may cause severely low blood pressure. Avoid taking vardenafil, sildenafil, tadalafil and riociguat with Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's as it may affect blood pressure. If you notice in blood in stools while taking Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's, inform your doctor immediately as it may be due to ulcers in the stomach, intestines or back passage.

Abscess, Decreased blood pressure, Dizziness, Fistula (abnormal connection between organs), Flushing, Headache, Intestinal ulcer, Anal ulcers, Mouth ulcer, Nausea, Rash, Tachycardia, Tongue ulcer, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue, Inflammation of mouth, Lip swelling

Medicine interaction:

Nicostar 5 Tablet 30's may interact with medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (vardenafil, sildenafil, tadalafil), drugs to treat pulmonary hypertension (riociguat), medicine to treat premature ejaculation (dapoxetine), pain reliever (aspirin), steroids (prednisolone), high blood pressure-lowering medicines (lisinopril, ramipril, losartan, valsartan, candersartan).
