Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's is contraindicated if you have high amounts of potassium in your blood (shown in blood test results). Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's may affect your ability to drive or operate heavy machinery if taken with alcohol. Try not to stop taking this medicine of your own. Even if your blood pressure is normal, you should not stop using Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's as blood pressure has no symptoms and stopping Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's may worsen your condition. Let your doctor know if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding. You should monitor your blood pressure regularly to be sure that Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's is working efficiently. Intake of Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's should be stopped in case of angioedema (severe allergic reactions characterized by swelling under the skin, often around face, lips or throat). Patients with diabetes, skeletal muscle disease (like myopathy and rhabdomyolysis), thyrotoxicosis/thyroid storm (high level of thyroid hormones), jaundice or marked increase in liver enzymes, and aortic valve stenosis (narrowed heart valve) should take with caution and under medical supervision only. Patients with impaired liver and kidney function (especially elderly above 65 years) should consult a doctor before taking Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's. Regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolyte (sodium, potassium, calcium etc.) is recommended while taking treatment with Cardace Meto 5 Tablet 10's.
