Description:
Azildac is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Azildac keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow.
Azildac is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
Azildac may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Azildac 40 Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:

Side Effects:
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Diarrhea, dizziness.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash, hives, itching, difficulty breathing or swallowing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, throat, or tongue, unusual hoarseness), change in the amount of urine produced, chest pain, fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat, muscle pain, spasms, or cramps, sudden, severe Nausea or vomiting, symptoms of low blood pressure (eg, fainting, severe dizziness, light-headedness), unusual tiredness or weakness.

Azildac 40 Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:
Aliskiren
Benazepril
Birth control pills
Ibuprofen
Lithium
