Xeloda 500 mg tablet is a medication prescribed for the treatment of cancer. Depending on the requirement, it is either taken individually or combined with other medicines in chemotherapy. Xeloda 500 mg Tablet is one of the anti cancer tablets and the generic composition of the tablet is Capecitabine 500mg which is manufactured by ROCHE. The medication is used to treat Breast Cancer, Esophagogastric Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer. It interferes with the growth of cancer cells and disrupts and blocks the replication of cancerous cells, resulting in stopping cancer from spreading or advancing. It is taken orally, 500mg twice per day for every 12 hours at the beginning of 2 weeks as per the doctor’s advice.

Side effects of Xeloda 500 mg Tablet
Xeloda 500 mg Tablet is not advisable to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If doses are taken irregularly or overdosed, symptoms are as follows:
